Neck and Back Pain
Our Treatment Approach
In your first session we will aim to identify which structure is causing pain through a thorough subjective history, assessment of your movement, joints, muscles and neural structures in the area. Once identified, using a combination of hands on therapy and therapeutic exercise, we will aim to restore full mobility, reduce pain, improve strength and function.
